The customer hopes that the lower half of the water cup should be made of light and translucent red, and the higher it goes up, the closer it is to yellow. The yellow color also changes from translucent to completely solid. The customer also designed the color of the cup cover to make the entire water cup look youthful. The design drawings are very beautiful, but the spraying effect they want to achieve on the surface of the cup body stumps the newly acquainted spraying factory. The first reaction of complex people in the factory when they see the drawings is that it cannot be done by spraying, and it absolutely cannot be done. When we mentioned that we had seen other factory spraying methods and could achieve them, the other party still looked unconvinced.
Is it possible to spray gradient paint on the cup body? The answer is yes. After this order, the editor completed it in another spraying factory. This is how the other party operated it. I will share the method with everyone.
This one is yellow at the top and red at the bottom. The yellow in the middle is gradually translucent until the entire red is translucent. The other party sprayed translucent red first, and the translucent red was sprayed in 4 times on the automatic spraying line. The first time is to spray a large area, and the spraying area becomes smaller the further back, and finally achieve a deep red translucency at the bottom and a lighter translucent red as you go up.
Then bake the water cup to dry and go online again. This time, change the paint to yellow and spray from top to bottom. Repeat the spraying 7 times. The first time, spray a large area to more than half of the water cup body, and then spray in this way. The area is reduced each time until the effect of the rendering is finally achieved.
