1. The predecessor of RPET is the mineral water bottles we consumed after drinking. Four old mineral water bottles can re-manufacture a new bottle. This is a general effort, so in fact, RPET is not resistant to high temperatures, with a temperature of up to 50 degrees-60 degrees. So you can't enter the dishwasher. Material manufacturers recycle materials from the China Resource Recycling Centre. The source has distinguished the registration of bottle recycling. For example, bottles of the same colour of the same beverage brand are classified together, PET of oil bottles are also classified together, and those of the same brand of colour are also classified together, with a qualification GRS certificate. The material seller of the book, go and order it back and then sort it. Classify the water cups that can be made together, or make oil bottles and spray bottles together. Summary: RPET is not resistant to high temperatures.
2. RPET can make colours. You can also customise the logo. The colour can also be based on the Pangtong colour number and your company's brand logo. At present, buyers tend to make a transparent cup body, and then just adjust the colour on the lid. RPET has different sources, so after the regenerated RPET particles are dissolved, the colour of the new bottle is sometimes green and sometimes black. Generally speaking, it cannot be absolutely transparent.
3. The minimum order quantity of RPET orders: 10K PCS. Every time the order for this material is adjusted, it is quite painful, so it is always given the time and run-in period of the first day. Then the quantity can only be 10,000, but 2 colours can be made to match the customer. Logos can be customised.
4. Because there is no BPA in PET, it is regenerated.
RPET, in the process of internal production, is also doing spot checks. We have ordered raw material injuries for the fourth year. For each customer spot check, the materials can pass the most rigourous EU testing. We have a certificate that has passed the material inspection certificate SGS, and there are also certificates that foreign brands test directly from our large goods. There are also certificates that we have randomly checked ourselves. Through 4-5 certificate experience, we can be sure that RPET meets the strictest food-grade standards.
5. RPET mould opening is based on several accessories you need to design. For example, the cup body mould is expected to be 3000 USD, the lid will be difficult to calculate, and the design drawing will be measured. The ordinary rotary cover is expected to be 2500 USD, which is not complicated. Grinding cycle: 30-40 days to complete. The process is: first prepay 20% of the abrasive payment, first make a 3D drawing, then take the plate sample, the customer signs to confirm OK, and then pay the remaining abrasive payment to start the moulding. At this time, it will be completed in 40 days.
